How and When you get paid ?
Boolean releases payment on the 28th of every month for all positions closed the previous month (e.g., March closures are paid on April 28th), once we've received payment from the client. Payouts go directly to your bank via NEFT, or by courier cheque.
Training and Support
You'll get an introductory one-day training session covering the business model, setup, and daily operations, delivered by one of our placement advisors. You're also welcome to attend in-person orientation at our Bangalore or Jaipur office (up to 2 people; travel and stay at your own cost). You'll receive a personalized login to collaborate with our team in real time.
How to become a Franchisee ?
1. Get the Franchise Agreement and Application Form from our Bangalore or Jaipur office
2. Print the agreement on ₹100 stamp paper
3. Fill out and sign both documents
4. Prepare a cheque or DD for the franchise fee, payable to Boolean Staffing & Recruitment Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
5. Submit a photocopy of an ID proof (driving licence or PAN card)
6. Submit a photocopy of an address proof (ration card or utility bill)
7. Provide 2 passport-size photographs
