Job Description:
This role is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle (IT) from junior level to Senior Management Level from various sourcing like, Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, Referencing, Database etc.
- Screening candidates as per available Job description.
- Performing Mass mailing and Posting Job Ads on Job Portal Sourcing resumes mainly through Job Portals, Short listing candidates, scheduling Interviews.
- Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects.
- Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned person.
- Counselling the candidates clearly about the company and the interview process.
- Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned person.
- Follow-ups with the candidates from sourcing to till Joining.
- Maintaining MIS Reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Responsible for creating recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements - Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within the SLA
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Recruitment Manager
Skills required
- Education: Graduation or MBA with 2+ Years’ Experience in IT Recruitment
- Naukri Portal Experience Must
- Good Communication
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
