Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire training function in DI, sets goals and strategies, manages the team, and ensures training aligns with business objectives
- Responsible E2E for new hire training in Digital Intake, and any training/learning intervention in DI
- Collaborate with COE team to implement learning strategies, digitize learning materials, working on speed to competency projects and reduce training timeline
- Implement training playbook in DI
- Participate actively and take full responsibility of training E2E of any new RFPs & transition
- Set the training strategy for Digital Intake
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients to ensure new hire training and any training intervention for business is managed
- Responsible for training performance, training effectiveness, meeting functional SLAs
- Manage the training team to ensure they meet their individual SLAs and functional objectives

- Should keep training yield 93% and above.
Qualification & Experience
Critical:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Willingness to work in day/night shift
- 8 to 12 years of experience in US Healthcare process out of which at least 2-5 years in Digital Intake process like Mailroom, Data capture
Desirable:
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Experience in LMS/LXP is desirable
- Managed a large training team for a healthcare, digital intake process
- Excellent Communication Skill (Oral & Written)
