  • Responsible for the entire training function in DI, sets goals and strategies, manages the team, and ensures training aligns with business objectives
  • Responsible E2E for new hire training in Digital Intake, and any training/learning intervention in DI
  • Collaborate with COE team to implement learning strategies, digitize learning materials, working on speed to competency projects and reduce training timeline
  • Implement training playbook in DI
  • Participate actively and take full responsibility of training E2E of any new RFPs & transition
  • Set the training strategy for Digital Intake
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients to ensure new hire training and any training intervention for business is managed
  • Responsible for training performance, training effectiveness, meeting functional SLAs
  • Manage the training team to ensure they meet their individual SLAs and functional objectives

Qualification & Experience


  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Willingness to work in day/night shift
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in US Healthcare process out of which at least 2-5 years in Digital Intake process like Mailroom, Data capture


  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • Experience in LMS/LXP is desirable
  • Managed a large training team for a healthcare, digital intake process
  • Excellent Communication Skill (Oral & Written)
