Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire training function in DI, sets goals and strategies, manages the team, and ensures training aligns with business objectives
• Responsible E2E for new hire training in Digital Intake, and any training/learning intervention in DI
• Collaborate with COE team to implement learning strategies, digitize learning materials, working on speed to competency projects and reduce training timeline
• Implement training playbook in DI
• Participate actively and take full responsibility of training E2E of any new RFPs & transition
• Set the training strategy for Digital Intake
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients to ensure new hire training and any training intervention for business is managed
• Responsible for training performance, training effectiveness, meeting functional SLAs
• Manage the training team to ensure they meet their individual SLAs and functional objectives

Qualification & Experience

Critical:

• Graduation in any discipline
• Willingness to work in day/night shift
• 8 to 12 years of experience in US Healthcare process out of which at least 2-5 years in Digital Intake process like Mailroom, Data capture

Desirable:

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
• Experience in LMS/LXP is desirable
• Managed a large training team for a healthcare, digital intake process
• Excellent Communication Skill (Oral & Written)

The Quality Assurance Manager works with the client and with other managers and staff throughout the organization to instill quality into our processes.

Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develops the quality management strategy and maintains a quality plan for mailroom and data capture operations, including quality standards, quality scorecards, monitoring, coaching, performance metric assessment, calibration, and improvement actions.
• Has oversight of a dedicated team of quality analysts that perform audits and assess performance against scorecards
• Ensures quality reviews are conducted and analyzes the evaluations to identify trends and opportunities to improve the performance and overall project quality
• Ensures team standards for quality service are achieved and initiates improvement actions when necessary
• Collaborates closely with the Training Manager to define training requirements needed to support quality
• Performs quality assurance to clearly define the desired agent behaviors during transition, operational readiness, go live, and ongoing operations
• Facilitates calibration activities and works collaboratively with training and contact center operations personnel to ensure consistency in quality service requirements
• Monitors and reports program performance against service level agreements and performance standards, initiating improvement actions when opportunities are identified
• Analyzes performance trends and takes proactive steps to prevent service shortcomings
• Reports performance information through formal and informal reports that may be contractual deliverables
• Represents the quality function to clients, serving as a point of contact for quality inquiries
• Conducts process and product audits to confirm compliance with company policies and contractual requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree, quality management or similar, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work-related experience
• Five or more years of related experience in healthcare process Quality Assurance
• Two or more years of experience in mailroom and data capture process
• Two or more years of experience managing a team
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement concepts, procedures, processes, best practices, and industry trends in data capture space
• Demonstrated collaboration with Operations, Software and Process Excellence teams to solve business problems
• Effective oral and written communication presentation, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of the BPO industry

Role:

• Develop and maintain automated tests for APIs using Java or other relevant programming languages.
• Design and implement performance testing frameworks and strategies for APIs to measure their responsiveness, scalability, and reliability under various load conditions.
• Conduct load testing to simulate real-world usage scenarios and identify bottlenecks or performance issues in APIs.
• Perform app testing to ensure the compatibility, functionality, and usability of APIs in different client applications or platforms.
• Create and execute test scripts and scenarios for flow testing to validate the end-to-end functionality and interactions of APIs within a complex system.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to understand API specifications, identify performance requirements, and establish performance testing benchmarks.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with app testing frameworks and tools like Appium, Selenium, or TestComplete.
• Solid understanding of load testing methodologies, tools, and techniques to simulate high user loads and analyze system behavior.
• Experience with flow testing frameworks and tools for end-to-end validation of API interactions within a complex system.
• Knowledge of API testing methodologies, RESTful and/or SOAP protocols, and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc.).
• Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).

• Sales target setting and monitoring for Distributors, SR s at a beat level.
• Monitor Actual Sales and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations.

Area & Business Planning

• Identify potential towns & appoint distributors in line with business strategy.

Distribution Management

• Ensuring quality of market coverage through effective use of SR’s and distribution network.
